Meet Ben and Stephanie Thorpe.

Sterling Pools is a family business, run by husband and wife Ben and Stephanie Thorpe.

Ben got into construction at 16 and spent 17 years as a firefighter here in Murfreesboro before pool building grew enough to support the family full time. That's when he made the jump, starting Sterling Pools around the idea that customers deserved a better experience than what he'd seen elsewhere in the industry.

Stephanie brings her own history in the pool world, having spent seven years on the business side of another pool installation company, including helping import fiberglass shells from Australia. She's largely self-taught, picking up the business side through years of hands-on experience rather than a textbook.

Between Ben's years in the field and Stephanie's years in the office, Sterling Pools was built by two people who already knew this industry inside and out.
